4 Months!

My Blissy-bear is four months old. Where has the time gone?!? She is growing too fast for her momma and daddy. I love rocking her to sleep and kissing her drooly mouth and taking as many pictures as I can to capture every moment of her sweet little life.

Bliss is an absolute doll. She is such a smiley baby and you can tell has so much love in her little heart. When she gets excited she smiles so hard from within that she wiggles around like she wants to scream with joy. We have hit so many milestones this past month. Right after her three month birthday she started rolling over. Sister has some crazy neck and back muscles. She loves sticking her entire foot in her mouth, sitting up so she can see what is going on, cooing and giggling when she first wakes up, watching Sesame Street with big sister, grabbing her momma's hair and not letting go, riding on daddy's shoulders, touching peoples face, looking at herself in the mirror and did I mention the girl loves to smile? Seriously, she never stops and it is the best.

We love this girl so much. Happy 4 month birthday Bliss!

Father's Day 2012

One of my friends recently asked me if I always knew that Kyle would be an awesome dad. The answer was yes but to be honest even I couldn't have known how great he would end up being. He takes being a daddy to a new level. When Kyle puts his heart into something he never does it 50% or even 95% it's always above and beyond and that is the kind of dad he is to our girls. He is teaching our girls to be fearless, to laugh at themselves and with others, to love hard and have tickle wars often and that a girl can never be to ass-ess-or-ized. Best.Dad.Ever.

19 Months!

When did my baby turn into such a big girl?!?  Every day she is saying new words and comprehends almost everything we say. The girl is a ham to say the least. Currently she loves: mommy's shoes, accessories, playing with mommy's makeup, Sesame Street, ketchup, hot sauce (she drinks it!), giving Bliss her bottle and binky and then taking them back, singing songs, making us laugh, swimming, crossing her ankles (such the lady), trampolines, ducks, birds and flowers.
